SDPC "Reaper" Hellcat Camshaft Kit

Unlock your Hellcat's potential with an SDPC camshaft!

Tuning is required!

The camshaft will give you a mildly choppy idle with horsepower and torque gains across the power band! This cam picked up 48 horsepower and 23 lb/ft of torque over stock in our dyno-tested Hellcat without any optimization to the tuning, and carries power to 7000 RPM with ease using upgraded valve springs.

This kit is intended to change the camshaft with the heads still on the car since the Hellcat is a non-MDS engine. The gaskets included with this kit are for that purpose. If you would like to change the lifters or upgrade to the Johnson 2356 set, you will need to purchase a top-end gasket set as well.

• Timing cover gasket
• Front cover seal
• Camshaft bolt

• Hemi cam phaser lockout kit with tool
• Pushrods
• Hellcat water pump gasket
• Valve cover gaskets

NOTE: It is vital that with any camshaft, lifter, or valvetrain modification that pushrod length is verified at the time of installation. SDPC provides pushrods that are the correct length with Mopar lifters and our camshafts in most applications.

Optional Add-ons Available:

• Johnson lifters* with axle oiling, supplied with pushrods sized for the specific lifter
• AAD CNC billet lifter trays, OEM replacements, or none
• Hellcat top-end gasket kit
• Our Reaper cam kit is designed to work with OEM locks and retainers. For those wanting to go the extra mile, we offer heavy-duty steel or titanium retainers for higher RPM stability and reduced valvetrain mass. (As with any lightweight component, we recommend routine inspection intervals on titanium retainers).

    • Manley standard retainer or Smith Innovation titanium retainer

  • For Demon, Redeye, Jailbreak & Super Stock 6.2 HO:
    • Manley standard retainer or Manley titanium retainer

*Note: If you select Johnson lifters, they will not include trays unless selected from the drop-down menu. If you select Hellcat lifters, OEM Mopar lifter trays are included.
