Description
The SDPC Flex Fuel Kit adds “Sensored Flex-Fuel” capability to 2018+ automatic Hellcat, Demon and Redeye Challenger/Charger models. A factory Mopar ethanol sensor, vehicle-specific fuel lines, plug-in harness and compatible ECM allow calibration for any ethanol blend the fuel system supports. Supplied sensor lines support up to 1,000 RWHP on E85.

Important installation information:
- Installation requires moderate mechanical experience and basic hand tools.
- Estimated installation time: 3-5 Hours
Improper fuel system connections can be dangerous! Consult an experienced technician if you have any concerns during installation.
- Before running E85 or any blend, you MUST ensure that you have properly sized injectors and fuel system. A stock hellcat will require 1000cc injectors and dual in-tank pumps. Higher boost levels, upgraded camshafts, and any other modifications can change your fuel system requirements. The Demon and Redeye already have dual pump systems and in stock form will only need an injector upgrade.
- This kit uses a factory fuel line connection for easy installation. The factory connection will flow enough for up to 1000rwhp on E85. Higher power levels, aftermarket fuel rails, aftermarket fuel lines, etc, will require a flex fuel sensor adapter (similar to the Motion Raceworks 18-130). This kit is available without the bracket and fuel lines for your own custom fuel line setups.
