Return Request Form

This form is only for items that meet the criteria listed below. If you have a warranty item or an item that was visibly damaged by the freight carrier, please see damaged freight and product warranties on the FAQ page for more information. Please download & fill out the form below. Upon completion, please print a copy for yourself and put a copy in the box with the parts for return. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your return for faster service.

1. Complete this Return Form and include it with a copy of your invoice.
2. All items must be new & unused products in their “original” package. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
3. All items must have been purchased within the last 90-days from the date of the SDPC Invoice. Items older than this will be subject to a restocking fee!
4. All return items can be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We can not accept any returns on special-order parts and/or any part that has been installed or modified. Any electrical or computer-related parts that have been opened are not returnable.
5. Any handling fees collected at the time of order are non-refundable.
6. No returns will be accepted without a copy of the original invoice! A copy of your invoice must be included! Please keep a copy for your records.
7. Items must be returned Prepaid Freight via FedEx or UPS
