Q: What is your return policy?

Returns are easy!

Your complete satisfaction is our priority, if an item purchased from GM Warehouse Direct does not meet your expectations, return it within 90 days for a refund or exchange.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product or products that you have purchased, you may return the new / unused parts within 90 days from the invoice date. You must include the original invoice with the return and complete the return request form. The product must be in the original box and must be sent freight prepaid. All returns can be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please follow the procedures on the return form to avoid the restocking fee and to process your refund as quickly as possible. NO refunds will be issued without the original invoice and the completed return request form.

SDPC will not accept any returns on special ordered parts, custom machined parts, or engine rebuild kits. Any electronic or electrical parts that have been opened are not eligible for return.

Q: International Shipping

We have been providing professional export service for over 40 years. Our export department works with many different carriers and brokers to service your needs. We offer the best freight services and the most competitive freight rates in the industry.

Depending on your location and size of the order, several different options may be available.

Hazardous and Regulated Goods will not be shipped to international customers. Invoices will reflect the actual products and prices as shipped. Requests for changes to an invoice will not be accommodated. Due to such large variances in shipping costs, international shipments are not eligible for flat-rate shipping and therefore actual shipping costs will not be reflected on your online invoice. Shipping costs will be determined by our shipping department using package weight, dimensions and declared value. Once this amount has been determined we will notify you of the total charges (freight charge plus items purchased) prior to shipping. Duties, taxes, and any import fees will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of package release and consignment. Q: What do I do if I receive damaged freight?

Though it is a very rare occasion, shipping containers and/or their contents can be damaged during shipping. Open and inspect every package regardless of how the box looks. If the box is physically damaged and/or the parts are damaged, you must notate on the bill of lading that the box and/or the parts are damaged before you accept the shipment. Do not sign the bill of lading without notating the damage. Freight claims can not be resolved without this notation from the recipient.

Freight claims are paid to the recipient, not to the shipper. If you choose to accept delivery of a damaged package, it is your responsibility to file the freight claim with the shipping company (because the shipping company is going to pay you). SDPC will gladly assist you with the necessary information for filing claims and resolving your damaged freight dilemma. However, SDPC can not file the claim on your behalf, you must file the claim yourself. So carefully inspect your packages before accepting delivery and please notify SDPC of any problems you have.
