This robust engine features a high-strength cast iron block, forged crankshaft (with dual keyway for added strength), forged pistons, and aluminum heads. The solid roller cam and included roller rockers with stud girdles ensure reliable high-RPM performance. This long block includes valve covers, an oil pan, a timing cover, and an SFI-rated 8" dual keyway balancer. 1 Designed to accept power adders, this engine is perfect for privateer builders, grassroots garages, and independent shops looking for a serious performance upgrade. Not for EGR.
