Description
Experience reliable power with this BluePrints BPC4082CTC Chrysler Small Block compatible performance crate engine. Dyno tested to ensure at least 375 horsepower and 460 ft. lbs. of torque, this 408ci stroker engine is built for performance and reliability. This base dressed engine includes essential components for straightforward installation.
Built around a hand-picked, seasoned Magnum block, the engine undergoes meticulous machining, including square and parallel decking, align honing of the main bearing bore, and computer-controlled cylinder honing to within .0002" straightness and roundness. Cylinders are also sonic tested for thickness, ensuring consistent quality.
The rotating assembly consists of a cast crankshaft with a 4.000" stroke, forged Magnum 6.123" connecting rods with 150,000 PSI bolts, and forged pistons, externally balanced front and rear. New Magnum cast iron heads with hardened retainers and springs, along with 1.92" swirl-polished intake and 1.625" swirl-polished exhaust valves, optimize airflow. A roller cam (.544" intake/.541" exhaust lift, 236/242 duration @.050-110 degree lobe separation) delivers a strong power curve.
