• GTO Level 2 inner stubs use an exotic steel that helps give a considerable increase in strength over the factory inner stubs. This is the first component of the axle that will see torque input, so it is generally the most abused component of the axle.
• Ultimately, the factory rear end will be the limiting component for making more power reliably, so if you are considering making well beyond 650hp, you might consider looking into our 9” conversion, which has helped customers make well into the 800-1000 range, with a handful of cars up around 1500hp.
