Wiseco WD15745 - Custom SDPC Raceshop 413ci Gen V LT Domed 4.125" Bore Pistons

WD15745
The new 6.6L GEN5 LT engine uses a forged steel 3.860" crank that is ready for action. The 6.6L cast iron block is a siamese bore design and is capable of a 4.125" bore to make a 413ci beast for the track. That is exactly was our Raceshop Team did! They built a naturally aspirated high compression 413ci drag race engine that made more than 825HP and these are the pistons they used to accomplish this. This SDPC Raceshop designed piston will easily provide compression ratios higher than 13 to 1 using the stock GEN5 LT1 head. Our dome configuration was also designed to be used with the LT4 combustion chamber. These 2618 forged aluminum pistons include the special Wiseco "ArmorGlide" skirt coating and a set of GFX rings specified by the Raceshop. The ring package is a gas-nitrided steel 1.2mm top ring and Napier designed 1.2mm second ring along with a 3.0mm oil ring. The Raceshop also specified vertical gas-ports to support the top ring for added ring sealing performance.
