Compatible with 1105K6 belt (110.5 inch) with OEM truck alternator/power steering bracket.If the idler pulley on A/C bracket is removed for clearance, then use 1098K6 belt.

Manual belt tensioners are available separately or can be requested instead of the automatic tensioner - Part# 551479
