Includes: adapter plate, bolts, and gasket
LS4 engines are only found in 2005-08 Pontiac GXP, 2006-07 Monte Carlo SS, 2006-09Impala SS, and 2008-09 Buick LaCross Super


If running a throttle body larger than 92mm, then this will require an additional adapter # 551571 and 50mm M6 bolts (available upon request)
