LS7 427 forged aluminum replacement piston that will require a 6.125" connecting rod. Includes pistons, file-fit ring set, pins, and locks. If you are building a LS7 427 from the ground up and using an aftermarket crankshaft and steel connecting rods, this is the perfect piston for your LS7 engine build. 4032 forged aluminum piston kit from Mahle. NOTE: Previous part number is LS710530F03, this has been replaced with 930221630.

Compression ratio is affected by deck heights, head gasket thickness, combustion chamber size and other factors that can be altered and or set by your machine shop and engine builder.

 Technical Notes & Replacement Parts

  • We do NOT recommend using these pistons with a stock GM Z06 427 crankshaft. The balance weight of the factory titanium connectings rod and hyperutectic pistons is extremely light and using this piston and steel connecting rod combination will require an expensive amount of heavy metal
