The 6.0L LS based engine was first introduced in 1999 for GM Pick-ups and SUV's. This iron block aluminum head 6.0L long block crate engine is a remanufactured replacement for most 2WD AND 4WD/AWD 2003 through 2007 Chevrolet and GMC Pick-ups, SUV's, Vans and Hummers. This 6.0L assembly fits most LQ4 applications with engine codes (G2, G3, CK2, CK3, N257, K1, CK157). To verify the engine code in your application please call our Tech Department with your VIN and we will gladly identify the correct replacement engine and answer any questions you might have.
