Starting with a new GM 4-bolt main block, it includes the cast iron heads, 8.5:1 compression ratio, and a hydraulic flat tappet camshaft that provides you 260 HP and 350 Ft-Lbs of torque. Comes as a longblock with valve covers and timing cover.
