CHE Precision, in partnership with SDPC Raceshop engine builder Kurt Urban, developed one of the most advanced high-performance trunnion upgrade kits available today for GM LS and Gen V LT factory rocker arms.

The factory rocker arm is an exceptionally lightweight and proven design, but increased valve spring pressures, aggressive cam lobes, and higher valve lifts push the stock caged needle bearings past their limit. By replacing the failure-prone factory needle bearings with CHE’s precision-machined trunnions and proprietary full-floating bronze bushings, this kit retains the low-mass advantage of the OEM rocker while delivering superior valvetrain stability and reliability under severe racing conditions.
