Incorporating proprietary geometric enhancements throughout the beam and journal transitions, Ultra rods withstand high tensile and compressive stresses while resisting bore distortion. Fastened with severe-duty ARP cap screws featuring rolled threads, they deliver uniform thread engagement and consistent net clamping force. For ultimate wrist pin reliability under massive cylinder pressure, each small end is fitted with an AMS 642 bronze alloy bushing to eliminate deformation and extrusion.
